MAI®HICOMP
The MAI®HICOMP is the perfect big silo mixing pump for large volumes, with an adjustable pumping capacity of 100 to 170 l/min (with a nominal mortar hose diameter of 50mm and distance of approx. 100 m) and a grain size of up to 6 mm or even up to 8mm (although this may lead to increased wear) for a silo flange diameter of 350 mm.
Most importantly, the MAI®HICOMP enables the intelligent management of pumping power, avoiding costly downtime. Its unique process reliability is produced in part through the controlled water system.
The MAI®HICOMP guarantees absolute consistency despite high mixing performance. Patented mixing blades guarantee a homogeneous mixing and processing quality (patent No: EP 1 768 771 B1). Adjustment of pump power and consistency via remote control is straightforward. An extended mixing time is possible due to the unique position of the water injection system.
