MAI®4SPARK
This electric-powered high-performance airless sprayer is ideal for fine filling compounds and pre-mixed coating materials. With an adjustable operating pressure from 50 to 140 bar, the MAI®4SPARK can be used to effortlessly apply finely dispersed material on ceilings and walls at breath-taking speed, even on multiple floors. Handling the airless sprayer is effortless thanks to balloon tires that come as standard.
It has no piston pump so operation is nearly pulsation-free and practically silent so that you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable working environment.
A continuously variable delivery rate is aided by the sack mangle with a movable lid on the 80-liter material hopper, which prevents dehydration and contamination.
As well as cutting-edge technology, the MAI®4SPARK is ahead of the rest when it comes to a range of action. It can be operated over transport distances of up to 100m. The long and light hose makes transporting plaster and filling compounds between the ground floor and the upper floors no problem at all.
Once the airless sprayer unit is connected to the power, an operation is at the touch of a single button.
Expensive and time-consuming maintenance of your airless sprayer is now a thing of the past. With hot-dip galvanized components, this piece of equipment has a high level of protection from corrosion and few wearing parts. That means that minimal cleaning work is needed and service costs are low.
All wearing parts can be exchanged immediately on site. The innovative cleaning opening in the material hopper allows quick cleaning.
