Do you supply machines for both small and large projects?
Yes. We offer equipment ranging from compact hand-held machines to heavy-duty professional machines for larger commercial and industrial projects.
Do you supply spare parts and consumables?
Yes. We supply selected spare parts, diamond tools, grinding tools, polishing pads, blades and other consumables for the machines and brands we support.
Do you provide machine training?
Yes. We provide product and application training, including on-site training for selected machines and applications.
Do you provide after-sales service and technical support?
Yes. We provide after-sales service and technical support for machines and equipment purchased from Maiyer Craft.
Can I request a quotation for a specific machine or project?
Yes. Contact us with your machine, application or project requirements and we can prepare a quotation based on your needs.
Do you supply products outside Malaysia?
Yes. We serve customers internationally, with a particular focus on the Asian region. Product availability and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the destination and product.
Can I buy a machine that is not listed on your website?
Yes. If you cannot find the product you need, contact us. We can check with our supplier network for suitable equipment or alternatives.
Do you offer used or pre-owned machinery?
Yes. We also support customers looking for professionally reconditioned used machinery as an alternative for different project requirements and budgets.
