Automatic stripping, compacting, and smoothing of semi-dry screed is brilliantly simple with the MAI®2FLOOR Master. The low-weight unit can be quickly dismantled into transportable components and the connection system allows rapid refitting to different working widths from 1.5m to 4m. It can be used with a wide variety of screed types and it is designed for easy cleaning.
Working speed is adjustable at the touch of a button with this screeding robot for floor-finishing and substrates can be leveled, calendered, and compressed in an extremely efficient way with minimal physical effort.
Surface level unevenness and irregularities are evened out with unequaled precision, which is not possible with any other processing technology. Consistent production performance of up to 80 m2/hour is achievable.
Most importantly, this screeding machine is gentle on the health of the operator. Highly efficient functionality goes along with the fatigue-proof operation, protecting the knees and other joints of the user. There is no more exhausting kneeling down for manual screeding and removal.
