MAI®2MIX-MERKUR
The MAI®2MIX-MERKUR is your go-to universal continuous mixer, offering the highest mixing quality with all common sack mortars on the job site. This continuous single shaft mixer has a maximum mixing capacity of up to 25l/min and can handle a grain size of up to 4mm.
The most impressive feature of the MAI®2MIX-MERKUR is the extended mixing time, which is achieved thanks to the unique position of the water injection machinery. In addition, patented mixing blades guarantee homogeneous mixing and processing quality of fresh mortar and adhesives (patent no: EP 1 768 771 B1).
The MAI®2MIX MERKUR continuous mixer is the perfect piece of equipment for precision work such as the pasting of insulating materials. It is an ideal compact mortar mixer for small building sites or working areas that are difficult to access.
MAI® has designed this concrete mixer to be very simple to operate. Just connect it up to the water and 230V power supplies, adjust the mortar quality as required, and start producing perfect mortar material anywhere on the site.

In building this versatile horizontal mixer, MAI has utilized highly wear-resistant MAI®CODUR and hot-dip galvanized components, ensuring a long service life with protection from corrosion.
All components can be easily removed for speed cleaning, with quick-release connections and the removable MAI®CODUR mixing tube and MAI®CODUR shaft. Even adhesive remnants can be easily washed out without leaving any residue.
