The latest MAI® technological innovations have been put to impressive use with MAI®4MULTIMIX special-purpose mortar mixing pump.
This cement pump sets new standards in process security through innovative water and dry material management. The MAI®4MULTIMIX mortar mixing pump is ideal for special applications that require not even the slightest fluctuations in material consistency. Consistency is secure where multiple additives are needed during the process and even when counter-pressure forms in the mortar hose. MAI®’s patented mixing blades guarantee perfectly homogeneous mixing and processing quality (patent No: EP 1 768 771 B1).
The MAI®4MULTIMIX system includes the display, monitoring, and documentation of operating status, ensuring simple operation. The multilingual display allows constant optical control of the mixing quality in the wet mortar area, which makes readjustment possible at any time. Don’t worry about the mixed materials settling or hardening during adjustment – the agitator constantly mixes the material during work breaks, keeping it moving.
The excellent mixing function is ideal for dry adhesives, cement plasters, bricklaying mortar, cementitious self-leveling, finishing plasters, flowing screeds, spraying of fiber-reinforced repair mortars, and fireproofing materials.
Conveniently, the system has interfaces for the control of external devices such as the MAI®DOS additive dosing equipment and the MAI®MIX.
