Product description
MAI®FOG
If you are looking for equipment for fully automated production of lightweight concrete, you need to look no further than the MAI ® range of cellular foam concrete machines – including the MAI ® FOG compact cellular foam concrete generator.
Producing and utilizing modern foam concrete can be a complex operation but with the MAI ® FOG, controlling the amount of foam concrete, the foaming agent percentage, and the foam density is easy. A variety of combinations are available at the touch of a button.
A touch-screen display allows access to important site-relevant data and all parameters are able to be entered and adjusted on screen.
This user-friendly system is designed for building sites and ensures simple operation and high process reliability thanks to the multilingual display, monitoring, and documentation of operating status.
TheMAI ® FOG is able to be adapted both for mobile use and while mounted on the transport silo, making it incredibly versatile. It can be used for all common foaming agents and is universally suitable for generating a range of cellular concrete ‘recipes’.
In addition, the system has interfaces for communication with the MAI ® HICOMP, MAI ® MULTIMIX, and MAI ® 440GE mixing pumps, making the MAI ® FOG the perfect lightweight foam concrete generator to optimize your site workload, whatever the requirements of your project.
