Polished Concrete

Polished concrete is produced by grinding a concrete floor and refining it through progressively finer tooling to the gloss required, usually with a densifier and stain protection applied along the way. The equipment involves planetary floor grinders and edge grinders, dust extractors, diamond and resin tooling, densifiers and dyes, a gloss meter, and scrubbers with diamond pads for routine maintenance.
