Product description
The Tramex Skipper 5 (SMM5) is an analogue, dual-depth, non-destructive marine moisture meter. Tramex says it detects excess moisture hidden in GRP boat hulls, decks and coach roofs, including sandwich or cored structures, and it can also be used to check timber for excess moisture.
Shallow readings reach up to 10 mm and deep readings up to 30 mm. The wood scale reads 5 to 30% and the reference scale for building materials reads 0 to 100.
The ABS body measures 160 mm x 85 mm x 38 mm and weighs 270 g. Readings can be sent by Bluetooth to the Tramex Meters App.
